Unfortunately the pool was closed and we were not notified about that in advance. Also the restaurant closed earlier when we arrived. And there were some communication issues at the reception.

Location is superb ,very close to city center and easy to get anytranportation. 30 -45 minutes to airport, which is oke, and close to tunjungan plaza. Good for businessman

The lift one under service and only one functioned well, when I stayed. its very long to get the lift to your floor and the complain meets no response. Also when asked for water to room twice, yet they didn't the water when they said yes. The room is so so, not very clean, the breakfast is nope. No western cushion, very limited food, only Indonesian.

Everything is good perfect. Superb food, strategic location, a very good service given by all staffs

The gym and pool facility need an upgrade for a hotel of this size. Maybe the parking capacity also.

Good location close to Gubeng train station, staff were friendly and they dropped us to the train station the next day for free. Pool was also nice and actually bigger than it looks in photos. Breakfast also very good, and bed was clean and very comfortable.

Photos of the rooms are clearly very old and do not represent the current condition of the bedrooms. The cleanliness of the shower for instance is just passable, glass all scaled, dirt around hinges mold in corners etc. A fresh coat of paint in the bedrooms and a deep clean of the bathroom would have left us with a very different impression of the place.

Very well equipped and centrally located hotel in Surabaya. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our specific requirements. We very much appreciated the option of getting an early packed breakfast when we had to check out before regular breakfast opening times.

Nothing specific, if anything at all, maybe the pool is a bit small, but other than that, a really good hotel.

Nice personnel, really nice breakfast. There was also no problem with leaving our bags and having a breakfast boxes when we have to leave early.

The friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated. We stopped here on our way to Malang.The room was spacious clean and answered all our needs. Breakfast was a super experience too.We took advantage of the 241 offer in the bar too

The property is located at the hub of Surabaya and is easily accessible. The staff members including the Receptionists, restaurant staff and concierge were amazingly good and supportive. They are very well mannered and behaved. 10/10 for the hospitality.

- The room amenities are somewhat worn out.- Some staff don’t speak English. - If you need to use express laundry service, be careful. I tried to use express laundry which says ready in 5 hours, but eventually i get the laundry next day. And I had to call them several times to ask where my laundry is, although I told them many times my train departs at early morning.

It needs to be renovated and to be soundproof. You can hear the neighbors talk. Noise is traveling everywhere through the building. When there is party in the ballroom or rooftop you can hear it everywhere.Terrible spot for the swimming pool next to extremely noisy AC equipmentToo much perfume in de lobby. Food for room service was not good and too expensive.

The restaurant could improve on the taste, and be quicker in refilling empty food and beverages. When I arrived at 8:30 AM, some items were already out of stock.

The view from the room is beautiful, overlooking a river. Very tranquil. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was convenient and clean.

The toilet sometimes didn't work properly.

Room was very comfortable with an enormous bed. Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Close to the main train station ( but need a taxi with Suitcase)

There was no restaurant/bar/social cafe area
